Using my background in color and design led me to dive deeper into the world of the vibrational aspect of our food and how it affects health. Understanding that everything - our food, rocks, trees, water, and our entire universe has its own unique vibrational signature introduced me to energy healing modalities. I found that by stitching together my knowledge of color, food, and Reiki energy I can offer unique gifts that can nourish the body, mind, and spirit. Helping others find their own path, their unique gift, and inspiring them to find their own flavor of happiness to share with the world is my joy and purpose. 

Nourishment comes in many forms. Every hour and minute of our lives we ingest through our five senses - touch, sight, smell, sound, and taste. How and what we consume can create joy, balance, and health or conversely, imbalances. 

In yoga, the Hands to Heart position opens and closes a yoga session with gratitude and in Reiki, the hands connect universal energy with the heart chakra, the center for healing, love, and compassion. My hope for you is that you take time for yourself to explore and experience the nourishing creative life force that is the connective thread stitching together Reiki energy healing, Ayurvedic food, and art at Hands To Heart Healing.
